We’ve featured three main areas here: 

-the Binevenagh Cliffs with their amazing views, wonderful hiking, and ancient worship sites.  This designated “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” has its highest points a 20 minute drive from the hostel.

-Roe Valley Country Park in Limavady.  This protected area has beautiful woodland, riverside walks, fly-fishing, a traditional cafe and small museum.  It is a 20 minute drive from the hostel.

-Kinnegoe Bay, Inishowen.  This trip involves taking the tiny ferry from Magilligan Point to the fishing villiage of Greencastle and then a short drive.  It is a series of 3 connected coves with unusual rock formations.
